Course content
1. Context of educational needs analysis. Educational needs analysis in the context of business education. 2. Business education - terminology context. Strategic approach towards the education of employees. Business education, education of professionals and further education of professionals. 3. Educational needs analysis and other personnel activities. Educational needs analysis as a possible tool of recruiting employees, of career planning, of assessing employees and educating employees. 4. Milieu for the educational needs analysis. Internal milieu. External milieu. 5. Resources for the educational needs analysis. Resources for the analysis of the business education milieu. 6. Strategic approach towards business education and the educational needs analysis. Mission and vision of the company. Strategic frame and strategic continuum. Planning and creation of the educational strategy. Implementation of the business education strategy. Monitoring and evaluation of the business education strategy. 7. Learning outcomes
The goal of the subject is to make students familiar with the terminological, social and legislative context of education in enterprise and teach them to use key resource and methods of educational needs analysis. The goal of the subject is to teach students create a project of educational needs analysis and competency model.
Student: - can describe the main steps of the of the educational needs analysis, - can characterize main resources for the educational needs analysis. Student is able to work out a project of educational needs analysis. Student is capable to: - choose appropriate methods for educational needs analysis, - realize an interpretation of educational needs analysis.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Student performance, Analysis of Activities ( Technical works), Seminar Work

Colloquium: it is necessary to solve the set case study and present the main outcomes. Colloquium will be held as a presentation of the case study outcomes.
