Course content
1. Basic concepts of the discipline 2. Traditional theory of education 3. Learning design, Instructional design 4. Androdidactic principles 5. Objectives of adult education 6. Didactic analysis of the curriculum 7. Activating androdidactic methods 8. Androdidactics in online environment (remote learning) 9. Evaluation and assessment of the educational process 10. Modern trends in androdidactics (storytelling, visualization, sketchnoting, visual facilitation, gamification, canvas, methodkit, empathic maps, persona)

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
The course focuses on the issues of the teaching process in adult education. Students will be acquainted with the principles of didactic work, the possibilities of using forms, methods and techniques of education and didactic resources with regard to the target group and towards the achievement of educational goals. The course will pay attention to trends in andragogical didactics.
After completing the course the student will know: -key terms from the field of androdidactics -spectrum of forms, methods and techniques of education -principles of didactic work -current trends in adult education After completing the course the student can: -explain the basic concepts of the discipline -explain didactic principles in adult education -select the appropriate form, method and technique of education with respect to the target group -select suitable material didactic means with respect to the target group

The course is primarily intended for those who have not completed a bachelor's degree in Andragogy
