Course content
|
Classes focus on basic concepts of syntax (phrase, paradigm, utterance, function, concordance), the basic syntactic relations (predication, coordination, adordination, determination), and the question of the structure of simple sentences. The course focuses on basic sentence elements and their types: expressed, unexpressed (morphemic and contextual), general, zero subjects, verbal and nominal predicates, syntactic functions depending on verb (direct, indirect, oblique objects, etc.) and noun (attributes). Emphasis is placed on peculiarities of simple sentences in Spanish, compared with Czech. In practical exercises, students practice sentence analysis and graphic represantation of simple sentence structures.

Learning outcomes
|
Lessons focus on basic concepts and problems of syntactic structures, simple sentences with special emphasis on pecularities in Spanish.
Students will acquire knowledge about the structure of the Spanish sentence, allowing them to understand correctly and produce grammatically correct and inteligible utterances in the Spanish language.
