Learning outcomes
Description and analysis of the development of Latin American society from pre-Columbian times to the early 19th century and the disintegration of the Spanish colony into separate independent states. Besides the political, economic and social factors, there is an emphasis on culture and the arts.
- Understanding of the political, social, economic and cultural development in Latin America since pre-Columbian times to the early 19th century. - Obtaining basic historiographical, artistic and scientific terminology. - Development of professional argumentation.
