Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basics of legal terminology in the field of the civil and criminal law, through reading, analysis and translation of scientific texts.
Students will get acquainted with the basics of professional legal lexicon, with legal documents, will analyse and translate selected texts.

Prerequisites
|
A good knowledge of Italian language.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written exam
Knowledge of Italian, active participation in seminars, preparation for every lesson, selection and analysis of scientific text.
