Course content
|
The documents will simulate, to the maximum extent, frequent and realistic translation orders, i.e. the translation of official documents (diplomas, birth certificates, extracts from criminal register), specialed texts (technology, economics, law) and some other texts (press agency reports, newspaper articles). The course is based on Courseware. Each week, the students translate one assignment. The translations are reviewed, commented and evaluated.

The objective of the course is to enhance the translation skills working with authentic original documents.
