Learning outcomes |
The objective of the course is to make the students familiar with the issues related to human resources management and to highlight the differences between the labour law in France and in the Czech Republic. The students will be ready to apply for a job. The course is designed in an interactive way using innovative methods in the context of e-learning environment Moodle. Students work with the up-to-date materials and thus acquire the active vocabulary of economics meeting the needs of the labour market.
In the course, the students will learn the basic knowledge and skills in the following scope and they will be able to demonstrate them in the exam: Students will be able to explain the principles of human resources management in French and apply them to a particular situation. Students are able to write their CV and motivation letter. |

Written exam, Student performance
E-learning work by means of the Moodle interface. Responding to discussions, fulfillment of the tasks assigned in Moodle. Mandatory readings. The course is completed by meeting the requirements of the credit test consisting of a case study. |
