Course content
These tutorials are based on texts and media. Explanation of the theory is followed by written and oral exercises focused on more problematic aspects of language (sequence of tenses in the past, conditional forms), which enables students to automate their use. The conversation tutorials focused on culture and society aim to upgrade students? communication capabilities in French. Debates take place based on articles, texts, documents or films.

Learning outcomes
This course aims to revise and deepen the students' knowledge of French normative grammar gained during their high school studies and to work on their oral communication skills in French.
1/ ability to correctly apply theoretical knowledge of French grammar in written and spoken language 2/ ability to communicate fluently in French and discuss various aspects of current French society.

1. regular attendance and active participation in the seminars 2. fulfilling all criteria set by the teacher The final exam consists of defending a paper on a chosen topic corresponding to the course content.
