Classification of contracts Creating a contract (negotiation, conclusion) Performance of a contract: duties Validity of a contract Penalties resulting from breaching a contract Seller's duties Price

Learning outcomes
The course is focused on contract law. Classification of contracts and the steps in conclusion of a contract are presented.
In the course, the students will learn the basic knowledge and skills in the following scope and they will be able to demonstrate them in the exam: The student is able to describe the principles of contract law in France.
