Learning outcomes
The objective of this course is to make the students familiar with the basics of tourism, focusing on France and the francophone countries. The emphasis is put on practical knowledge related to the administration of a travel agency, the organization of tours and the communication between the employees and the clients.
To learn the basics of tourism. The ability to find solutions to the everyday situations in a travel agency.
