Learning outcomes
This course is focused on the emergence and development of political systems of post-Soviet countries. Lectures and seminars provide students with basic understanding of politics of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, South Caucasus, and Central Asian countries. Most pressing issues of the region, often referred to as post-Soviet Eurasia, are discussed.
