Assessment methods and criteria |
Student performance, Final project
The final assessment consists of a written test (60% of the grade) and a presentation of the team project assigned at the beginning of the semester (40% of the grade). The course takes the form of lecture and seminar blocks (90 min). Lectures alternate with seminar teaching; some lectures may be combined with seminars, in which case they are marked P/S. Seminars are compulsory and are thematically related to the previous lecture. Their aim is to deepen students' knowledge of the subject matter through reasoned discussion, critical reflection on the texts read and other exercises assigned by the instructor. In case of illness, individual supplementation of the material must be arranged with the teacher. Emphasis is placed on active participation of students in seminars - involvement in discussion and assigned exercises and independent preparation before them. |
