Course content |
The State final exam, which detailed topics are available at the Department of Musicology´s website. The individual home preparation is expected. Passing the State final exam is a necessary condition for the graduation. The State final exam has the form of an oral exam and is realized as a discussion based on the drawn questions. The discussion´s topics should not be directly related to the topic of the diploma thesis.

Learning outcomes |
Music history is a part of the bachelor state final exam that examines knowledge and skills of a student of the bachelor program in Musicology.
Student has knowledge of music history and is able to apply it in the practise. Passing the state final exam is a necessary condition for the graduation and the obtaining university education in Musicology program (bachelor degree). |

The successful completion of a study block and the receiving of all required partial attestations.

Oral exam
The State final exam, which detailed topics are available at the Department of Musicology´s website. The individual home preparation is expected. The Music history: Knowledge of the Czech and European music history in the full extent of its evolution. The ability to characterize individual evolutionary periods, demonstrate knowledge of life and work of its main representatives including knowledge of the style, type and genre areas of music. |
