Learning outcomes |
The course aims to acquaint students with the most important opuses of European compositional music history from the end of 18th century until present time. It provides a basis for orientation in music history, but also with the theory - students learn to use musicological terminology to capture the historical context and the nature of the musical language, genres and species.
To obtain the ability to verbalize one?s insights based on a listening. Listening competence in the area of the main trends of development of European music. The ability to listen analytically and to identify unknown songs based on the gained experience. The ability of musically critical reflection. Knowledge of songs as a prerequisite for the musical and dramaturgical activities. |
