Course content
|
Stylistic exercises: Exposition of a fugue, variations in classical style, various arts of piano-texture, ability to work out piano reduction of scores, instrumentation of piano texture (classical, romantic, impressionistic), one-voice composition for a wind or string instrument, pattern-method, minimal music methods, microinterval composition, composition for prepared piano.
