Course content
the main characteristics of Latin in the period of Humanism reading of Latin literature of Renaissance, interpretation of epigraphical documents

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)
Learning outcomes
The knowledge of Latin language and Latin literature in the period of Renaissance with special attention paid to Czech culture and the region of Olomouc.
Student has ability of work with Latin text of the period of Humanism and is able to describe the aspects of its style.

Analysis of linguistic

- the knowledge of Latin in the period of Humanism and its use in the interpretation of texts of both literary and non-literary character coming from the period of Humanism - seminar work
