Course content
|
The course in the summer semester focuses on 1) problems of teaching modern history (difficulties, a selection of didactical methods, audio-visual didactical tools for teaching the 20th century etc.), and 2)practical using of the knowledge gained in a primary school on a model example of teaching modern history. Students concentrate on a preparation of a model class, they present their work in a course. HF

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to prepare future history teachers for primary and secondary schools. This course is a part of Teaching Licensure programme. HF
After participating the course, a student is able to prepare a history class for primary as well as secondary schools, to determine goals of a lesson at the level of his field of study and key competences, to choose suitable organization forms of teaching and didactical methods, to determine a realistic programme of a class, to do a class analysis with a reciprocity for his work and to provide time for self-evaluation of students. |
Oral exam, Student performance, Analysis of Creative works (Music, Pictorial,Literary), Dialog
Presence in the lessons, fulfilment of the assigned work. HF
