Course content
The lectures concentrate on topics such as: the term -Middle Ages, the periodization of the Middle Ages, Christianity, the cult of Saints, economy, the universality of art, universities ? medieval phenomenon continuing up to this day?, the formation of political culture.

Learning outcomes
The lectures concentrate on the analysis of the main historical problems, literature and sources
After attending the course, the student will get the overview of the czech and also the general history of this period.
Prerequisites
The knowledge of medieval history at the level of the high school student.

To pass the test of the knowledge of Bible successfully.
