Course content
Topics of lectures (are not similar with each lesson): 1st "Medieval Period" as terms 2nd Christianity 3rd Cult of Saints 4th Economy 5th Universality of Arts, Axioms adhered with small regional deviations in whole Europanean area (Western Christianity), Gothics 6th Universities 7th Formation of political culture 8th Society in 14th and 15th century

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training)
  • Preparation for the Exam - 50 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 45 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 5 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Students are familiar with general trends of development in Medieval Period with focusing on cultural development of European civilization. Part of subject is orientation in historiographical production tu study phenomen.
Students are learned to orientation in different themes from history of Medieval Period.
Prerequisites
Basic overview in history of Medieval Period on level of secondary school.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam

Attend entrance turitorial - 1 hour: acquainted with content and form study of subject. Attendance at running tutorial: four lectures about chapters from history of Medieval Period. Consultations - two consultations at the begginig and during of semester at least - determination of procedure of individual studies and establish tasks. When student need, he can establish more consultations. Student can select form of consultation with lecturers - personal, by email, skype, facebook etc. Control of study is solved by series of tasks, which student has to discharge between consultations.
