Learning outcomes
|
In this course, students are prepared for the written exam in the summer semester, in which they are given 4 hours to analyse a German narrative (max 2 NS long). The analysis consists of answering 6-7 comprehension questions about the text in writing, translating 6 sentences about the text from Czech into German and grammatically changing 8 sentences from the text according to instructions. The course is therefore about both text comprehension and practising written expression in German. In the course there are about 3 homework assignments that the students have to complete as well as a test exam at the end of the semester, which has to be discussed individually. Two unexcused absences per semester are permitted.
