The examinations take place after the second semester and are conducted by assistant professors from the Department of Philosophy: dr. Pavel Hobza <pavel.hobza@upol.cz>, dr. Ondřej Sikora <ondrej.sikora@upol.cz> , dr. Karel Šebela <karel.sebela@upol.cz>, dr. Jan Halák <jan.halak@upol.cz> a dr. Jan Buráň <jan.buran@upol.cz> The exam takes the form of a discussion of the text chosen by the students which should be related to their study programme. This text may be in Czech or English and must relate to philosophy. The examination dates are listed in STAG for the summer examination period. Upon enrollment, students must contact the relevant examiner well in advance (about 4 weeks), who will approve the choice of the text and propose questions for the exam. Students who do not know how to choose the text are recommended to choose a chapter from one of the following anthologies (see Moodle).
