Course content
an active participation in group discussions a presentation of chosen trash TV series (30 minutes tops) an interview with the trash TV viewer (your choice; 20 - 30 minutes tops) and a report summing up their Trash TV choices, definitions and motivations (1800 - 3600 characters) - upload to Moodle to 29th May 2022 the latest mandatory presence at the course (you can miss up to 2 classes) PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS - an oral presentation - 20 - 30 minutes max. - form of your choosing - basic research questions: - WHY YOU CONSIDER CHOSEN TV SERIES/PROGRAME A TRASH TV EXAMPLE? - HOW DOES A CHOSEN TV PROGRAME/TV SERIES CONSTRUCT THE FEELING OF TRASHNESS? - be aware of text and context of the programe, audience behaviour is equally important - your presentation must include an analysis of a chosen scene which supports your basic arguments
