Course content
|
The content of seminar is supervised work on the preparations for the international film festival AFO (www.afo.cz). - participation on dramaturgical preparation of the non-competitive program block and the accompanying program - reseach of films for competitive section - cooperation with PR department - preparation of the festival catalogue - creation of archive of the previous year

Learning outcomes
|
The seminar is linked to first phase of organisation of international festival Academia Film Olomouc (AFO). Students learn the practical work of festival dramaturgy, fundraising etc.
Students get an overview of the real production processes of festival event and acquire the practical skills at lower levels of production and festival management (dramaturgy of festival programme, participation on PR activities etc.).

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance
Submission of assigned tasks within specified deadlines, attendance at regular meetings of the festival staff, performance of its function during the preparation of the festival.
