Course content
|
The course is based on independent work and individual initiative of the student and at the same time on regular consultations with the course supervisor, which are held at least once a month, including the exam period, by prior agreement at the beginning of the semester.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to provide peer mentoring to students, in particular to assist upper year students with practical aspects of study, e.g. familiarisation with the curriculum, choice of subjects, support with good study habits, leading reading groups, library support, support with assessments, support with buddying to increase cohesion and motivation to learn.
Students will practice empathy, self-organization, mentoring, or leading a small team.
