Learning outcomes
|
This course introduces beginners to the principles of book typesetting in Adobe InDesign. Two-days workshop.
The student is familiar with the basic methods and tools used in InDesign, can create the graphic design of a simple document (such as a poster or leaflet), understands the fundamentals of book typesetting, and can typeset a book using standard text layout.

Prerequisites

No knowledge of InDesign is required.

Final project
Participation on both days of the workshop. Submission of the book typesetting project.
