Course content
Topics: 1. Physical and personality description. Antonyms. 2. How to express hypothesis and probability. 3. The affirmative and negative imperative. Personal pronouns. 4. Reported speech. Indirect style. 5. Clause of purpose. 6. Talk about the past. Proper use of past tenses. 7. Practice of verbs SER and ESTAR. 8. Resources to advise and express tastes, desires or feelings. 9. Expressing assumption. Using the simple and compound future. 10. Conjunctions of cause, opposition, etc ... 11. Expressions and collocations. Idioms. Some literature. 12. The description (using video). Use of present tense / gerund.

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Demonstration, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
- To improve and practice the grammar of B1-B2 level. - Ability to communicate orally, to describe scenes in videos, to represent hypothetical scenes, especially practicing proper use of the subjunctive and the past tenses. - To clarify doubts of grammatical type, according to research conducted at the beginning of the course and the demands of each student .. - The aim of this course is to improve communication skills and interaction with other speakers in the Spanish language and expanding vocabulary in general. This two-semester course is focused on activation of communication skills and improvement of oral readiness on levels B2 - C1. The course is suitable for students heading to an internship or student program to Spanish speaking countries.
- In the course we work with linguistic aspects of intermediate and advanced level.
Prerequisites
- The lesson is entirely in Spanish, although there is some grammar being compared to the Czech mother tongue. - The ideal level for this course would be starting at Intermediate B1, or for students who had completed four years of Spanish.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Student performance, Dialog

- Registration in STAG at the beginning of the semester - Attendance - max. 2 unexcused absences (absence of a student is in no way a reason for his lack of preparation for the next lesson) - Active participation in lessons - completion of assigned tasks (short oral presentations, written assignments, analysis of articles) - The student must complete course study obligations until the end of the exam period
