Learning outcomes |
Examination aimed at completion of the four-semester course of Russian without specialization is aimed at beginners. Students show how they can use all communication skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Examination at the level A1/A2 of the Common European Framework for Languages. A prerequisite for the exam is a successful completion of all four semesters of RZ1-4 courses.
Students will understand simple general contents in the target language and they will be able to communicate at this level. Students will be able to use the following skills: independent speaking on a given topic from everyday life, short texts reading comprehension, simple texts writing in the target language, e.g. a letter, basic phrases and simple dialogues listening comprehension. |

Examination requirements: 1. Written part: Language test ? Practical grammar and vocabulary application (Units 1 - 13, Klass 1,2 textbook). 2. Oral part: a) Monologue on a given topic (see below). b) Dialogue on the topic. c) Text: Reading and translation of a Russian text (2 page of A4 format). The text is not chosen by the teacher, students will chose the texts themselves (they submit the text in two copies at the exam, without any inscribed notes). Note: Credits can be gained only till the end of the exam period of the semester in which the course was held (and only in the dates announced by the teacher). Topics: - family, family relations - languages and nations, foreign language learning - birthdays, seasons and months, presents - shopping, goods, food, meals and drinks - visit to a restaurant or a cafe, eating habits - hobbies and interests, human characteristics - common week day, day schedule - holidays and parties, traditions, Russian and Czech environment comparison. |
