The course Management and leadership is designed for students who have knowledge in management at the level of Bachelor's degree. The aim of the course is to prepare students for managerial and leadership work in creative industries. The emphasis is on making students aware of the specifics of creative industries and creative workers, and on applying this understanding in practice.
