Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to psychologically reflect the specifics of the life stage of adulthood - from early adulthood, through middle adulthood to late adulthood. Students will learn not only about the typology of the stages of adulthood, but above all about the developmental tasks of each respective stage, since failure to meet this developmental task can be a precipitator of a crisis in the next developmental period(s). The so-called critical nodes in the life path of an adult will be identified, which are subsequently perceived in the context of andragogy as challenges for andragogical intervention (education, care, counselling, etc.). Attention will be paid not only to the professional aspects of the adult, but also to private matters, including crisis situations and the possibilities of psychological or andragogical interventions.
