Learning outcomes
The discipline provides basic information on the concept of labour law and its position in the legal system and introduces the student to the essential aspects of individual labour law. Labour law mainly regulates the relations arising between employees and employers. The course will teach individual labour law, focusing on the creation, change and termination of the employment relationship, the basic obligations of employees, working hours and rest periods, wages (salary) and their compensation, care of employees, working conditions, agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship and compensation for material and non-material damage. Emphasis is placed on students' practical skills in personnel work, in particular the drawing up of employment contracts, agreements, internal regulations, etc.
