Learning outcomes
|
Students will learn "in situ" about selected concepts of current restoration interventions (wall painting, stucco, sgraffito, hanging paintings, stone, etc.). They will thus be directly confronted with restoration practice and the comments of the restoration practitioners, while individual restoration projects will be briefly introduced by the lecturer/guarantor of the course. In relation to the sites visited, students will be given a research assignment, the completion of which will be conditional on the submission of the results of the work in written form. The results of the seminar should thus contribute to deepening the interdisciplinary context of the art historical work.
