Learning outcomes
|
The course is designed as a series of selected chapters covering a wide range of topics related to architecture and sculpture of the 16th-18th century in the Czech lands. The individual lectures will present periodisation, stylistic background, key personalities, typology and important clients.
Orientation in the issues of artistic and architectural creation of the specified period in the Czech lands; knowledge of key artists and types of art commissions; developing skills of reception and interpretation of works of art.

Assessment methods and criteria
