Archives - basic concepts, possibilities and conditions of study in archives 4. Archival network - central and regional archives and their resources 5. Archival network - district and specialised archives and their resources 6. Written sources in other memory institutions (libraries, museums, galleries) 7. Research possibilities in the National Heritage Institute and its databases or other institutions 8. Sources at the originator (building authorities, businesses, etc.) 9. The aim of the course is to introduce students to written sources in memory institutions, especially archives, and to provide them with a basic orientation in available sources. The course will focus on sources appropriate to the field of art history. The course will be supplemented by excursions to memory institutions and demonstrations of the possibilities of studying directly in them, as well as in databases on the internet. Furthermore, the general overview will be supplemented by dealing with specific examples.
