Course content
1. Burrial ritus and it´s religion aspects 2. Documents of pagan cult objects before christian era, problematic of christianisation in relation to archological monuments 3. Archeological terrain documentation 4. Evaluation and historical interpretation of archeological findings 5. Bases of the conservation of archeological discoveries, methods and possibilities of their preservation

Learning outcomes
Basic informations about reasearch principles and working methods of historical and postmedieval archeology. Some categoreis of the Middle ages material culture in time and every day culture in wider context will be also added (including technologies).
Basic orientation in the topic.
Prerequisites
The finished first semester of the bachelor degree of the History of Art.

Oral exam

Regular attendance of up to two absences.
