ZS 2022/23: Introduction to Corpus Linguistics This course provides an overview of corpus-based accounts for the study of language. We will explore various corpus types, design/collection of corpora, and analytical approaches. Throughout the course, we will also consider how this field contributes to the broader goal of understanding the nature of human language in an interdisciplinary manner. In addition, students are expected to design their own research project as a form of a research proposal.
