Course content
Introductory lesson (3 x 45 mins): - exam requirements and study materials; - test (feedback, types of mistakes, etc.) Tutorials (3 times) - students have to register for a tutorial at least one week before the set date

Learning outcomes
The aim of this course for students of combined studies is to pass the B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The exam consists of a written and an oral part. Exam materials will be provided on the consultation class. The examination consists of a written and an oral part. It is based on the textbook Ruština pro samouky a věčné začátečníky (authors Yulia Mamonova a Adam Janek). Specifically based on units 3-16. The written part of the exam focuses on reading comprehension and writing. It also tests grammar and vocabulary related to the units covered in the textbook. The oral part of the examination tests, in the form of monologues and dialogues, speaking skills at the required level, in the general language, focusing on the examinee's field of study. The two parts of the examination shall be taken on the same date.

Written part: a) structured CV (must be sent by email one week before the written test at the latest); b) written test: reading comprehension, grammar and vocabulary. Oral part: The oral part of the exam checks if students' language skills are at the B1 level in both general language and subject-related language. Only students who have successfully passed the written test can do the oral part. a) self-presentation (study, work, professional plans); b) answering questions (related to the self-presentation);
