Course content
1. Pre-Production (select your topic, conduct research, map out your concept, write your script, choose images, storyboard your narrative, and record your narration); 2. Production (dive into editing audio, graphics, and video while seamlessly orchestrating multimodal resources); 3. Post-Production (engage in consultations with instructors, peers, and your intended audience to refine and revise your content); 4. Distribution (present your polished digital story to the world).

WS 2024/25: Learning camp 16-20 September 2024, MON-FRI, 9:30-12:30, 13:30-16:30. Digital Humanities for Korean Studies: AI-Mediated Digital Storytelling Jieun Kiaer (University of Oxford) and Ju Seong Lee (Education University of Hong Kong) This one-week intensive course is an engaging workshop on AI-Mediated Digital Storytelling (AI-DST). This innovative approach allows to narrate compelling stories on humanities topicsfrom fields as arts, languages, culture, history, and religionusing a blend of text, images, music, videos, and audio narration. This workshop is designed to enrich students and teachers of Korean studies at Olomouc and network partner institutions. Participants gain a deeper understanding of humanities topics through a digital lens, while also enhancing their digital literacy, creative and critical thinking, writing, research, and collaboration skills.
