The course provides an overview of basic data concerning Japanese geography, realia, history and economic development, modern Japanese society, institutions and present political situation.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will have a general knowledge of Japanese geography, realia, history and economic development. They will have some understanding of modern Japanese society, Japanese institutions and present political situation.
