Learning outcomes
|
This seminar is focused on cross-sectional topics of Japanese history (until Meiji period), emphatically the political development of the modern state and international relations.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will have an enhanced knowledge of individual periods of Japanese history, and will be able to analyse the topics on the basis of historical context.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of Japanese history on the Bachelor´s programme level.
