Course content
Public, scheduled ahead. 3 member committee: supervisor + opponent + chairman The time of each defense is scheduled for approximately 30 minutes. Details of the procedure: 1) The supervisor introduces the candidate and the topic. 2) The candidate presents the thesis. During the presentation the candidate states/ defines clearly the research topic, explains methodology and demonstrates the results. If useful, (s)he can integrate also the questions/ problems mentioned in the supervisor´s review. 3) (a) Opponent´s Review + questions + candidate's answers (b) Supervisor´s Review + questions + candidate's answers 4) Question time: the candidate answers questions of the opponent and the supervisor, other members of the committee / audience. Comprehensive evaluation takes into consideration, besides the quality of the thesis itself, also the student's attitude and persuasiveness during the presentation and precision of responses to questions.

Learning outcomes
Bachelor's graduation thesis is an individual work of a student based on identifying a research problem or question which has not been previously answered, and its exploration and solution, while utilising methods of comparison, analysis, synthesis, etc. Successful solution or answer to the researched question and its successful presentation evaluated by the committee proves the student's readiness for his future career.
The student has demonstrated the ability to write an academic work which fulfils all formal as well as content requirements and present it successully before the committee.
Prerequisites
Completion of all study duties and prompt submission of the graduation thesis.

Coherent account of the selected topic demonstrating the ability to elaborate on and evaluate the obtained data base. The students are required to keep the prescribed form and length of the thesis, as well as the deadlines concerning the assignment and submission of the work.
