In this subject students are introduced into the Catechesis of the Church (its identity including theological basics, principles, surporse and aim). The students are informated about the important forms of Catechesis (catechesis at the service of Christian initiation and catechesis at the service of ongoing formation in the faith).
The student acquires basic knowledges of the Catechetics.
