The goal of the course is to understand the evolution of the teaching on virtues with a special stress on catholic theology. The students will also get acquainted with the contemporary discussion on faith, hope and love.
The classical ethics guides people to measure their deeds with valid norms. The course of the virtue ethics should teach the students to view the singular acts as a manifestation of their personal character, which is possible to evolve.
