Course content
|
Conversational topics, listening exercises, vocabulary on a range of topics, professional terminology. To successfully complete the course, all assignments and written colloquium must be completed. The student is required to work with the learning objects, which have been created for the concrete subject and are available for authorized students in LMS EDIS.

Learning outcomes
|
In the academic world today, the emphasis is on foreign language skills: especially productive writing and speaking skills. In this course, students should build on their communicative knowledge of a foreign language. The emphasis is on communication - students must express themselves spontaneously on a wide range of topics, while practicing more complex grammatical phenomena and adding vocabulary, including technical terminology. Work with text - presentation of a professional topic.
After finishing the course students will have managed predetermined conversational areas, including listening exercises, a significant amount of new vocabulary, including the basics of professional terminology.

Prerequisites
|
The course is designed for students who have completed subjects KMS/KSCZ1 and KMS/KSCZ2.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Final project
Active participation during lessons, pass the test successfully (70%), work with predetermined texts - reading, analysis, translation.
