Course content
Continuous two-week practice will be divided into three parts. The first part of practice (usually three days) will Observation. Students will become familiar with the equipment, staff and clients. After the agreement with the practice they choose group or individual with which / whom they will meet regularly. During these auditions, students will gain a basic understanding of the habits of groups or individuals and method of teaching work. The second part of practice (usually two days) will be assistance. During this part of the practice, the students engaged, facility. In the third part of practice (usually five days), students propose a weekly schedule of work and according to plan under the leadership of the practice will work with a group of clients or with individuals.

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Observation, Grafic and Art Activities, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
- Deepening the knowledge of the methods of social pedagogy and their applications to work with different groups of clients in the facility - Creation, planning and organization of activities suitable for clients in selected facilities - Development of values and general ethical principles through socio-educational action
- Competence in the creation, planning and organizing activities and projects suitable for different target groups of social education - Knowledge of the services provided, the legislative anchoring equipment and skills for applying the methods and forms in different types of devices, which applies social educator - Self-competence in relation to the target group - Personal development of the student
Prerequisites
First of all the students are due to pass a range of pedagogical subjects and in all cases they must be legally capable to work with children and the youth (i.e. it is not probihited for them to work with children and the youth).

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Seminar Work

Student is due to register for the practice. The registration conditions are given on the educational website EDIS. Student is due to be present at the working place the given numer of hours, which is at least 6 hours a day (i.e. a 100% attendace is reguired ). The student is expected to fullfil the tasks given by the department as well as he/she should participace actively in the activities required by his/her mentor. The student has to hand in his/her final paper within 2 weeks from the last day of his/her practice. Accepting the final paper by the teacher is necessary for the credit. Student whose practical part of his/her practice was accepted will hand in the first version of his/her final paper within 4 weeks from the day it was accepted. Students completing the practice submits a comprehensive daily practice, which will be recorded in a particular activity selected groups or individuals, and the rate of student contribution to this work. Student proves that prepared and implemented through microteachig least 7 practical activities. There will also be presented the proposed weekly work plan and its evaluation. There will be listed positives and negatives. If negative, then the student shall be additional solutions.
