The course introduces the issues of planning, preparation and implementation of projects in the field of social pedagogy. In the seminars, learners are introduced to the process of preparing and developing a project application, including the formulation of objectives, key activities and an introduction to funding opportunities and resources for project implementation. In the area of project implementation, the seminars will focus on the implementation of the project in the life of the implementing organization, the formation of the project team, the management of project activities, the control of the implementation of outputs and the use of the budget, including budget changes. Attention will also be paid to project promotion and reporting through interim and final monitoring reports and project sustainability.

Active participation in seminars (absence will be tolerated up to 2 times in justified cases, which will be excused). During the practical part of the seminars, students will work out a real project plan on their own, but it will correspond to the real situation and the specific challenge (current or past). The fulfillment of the course is the completion of a colloquium where students will present the developed logical framework, present the intended project based on it and answer additional questions. Students with an individual plan: The above conditions apply + completion of the assignments in the learning support in Moodle and submission of a project application for a specific challenge. |
