Course content
|
Students will get acquainted with the management of organizations, especially organizations oriented towards leisure clients and non-profit organizations working in the field of social pedagogy. The course builds on the knowledge and skills of students in bachelor's degree in planning documents (esp. School educational program in school facilities and education). Other topics will be devoted to planning, organizing, leading and controlling people, staff management, strategic management, marketing management and crisis management, personal manager, mental hygiene manager, principles of negotiation, communication, meeting management, and teamwork. Teaching will be realized through lectures and seminars, which will be individual themes intermingle.

- Gain knowledge and skills to use management principles in organizations focused on leisure clients and non-profit organizations active in social pedagogy - Using the principles and skills of planning in the creation of short-, medium- and long-term plans - Mastering the principles of strategic, marketing and crisis management - Use of the acquired knowledge and skills in negotiation, conducting meetings and teamwork

Assessment methods and criteria

Written exam, Student performance
Students will create for the selected organization short-, medium- and long-term plans to propose a suitable organizational structure of the organization, devise effective management tools and controlling people. The student is required to work with the learning objects, which have been created for the concrete subject and are available for authorized students in LMS EDIS.
