Course content
|
Subject "extracurricular didactics" is devoted to educational work with didactic categories and builds on the foundation course General Methodology and sampling methodologies interest activities (music, art education, drama education, humanities area naturalistic area, physical education and physical recreation, spiritual dimension, computing) that students have completed Bachelor's studies. The social educator should be able not only didactic categories alone work, but also in practice, diagnose and suggest appropriate educational paths and preventive intervention. Thematically, therefore, the course will focus on the definition of education, education and learning within a socio-educational leisure activities, characteristics and diagnosis of educational work in their free time with different groups of participants (children, teenagers, adults), the use of didactic categories (goals, methods , didactic material resources, organizational forms) in the educational process, content and implementation of the entire educational process.

Learning outcomes

- Acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for the use and creation of various didactic categories (content, objectives, methods, organizational forms and material didactic aids) - Acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for diagnosis and understanding of the educational needs of different target groups and preventive and intervention measures in the framework of educational leisure activities
- Students will gain knowledge and skills to use in their free time teaching the individual categories and be able to creatively use in practice - Students will be able to diagnose the educational needs of groups and individuals, and understand the essence of prevention and intervention measures within the educational leisure activities - Students on the basis of diagnosis suggested for different target groups content, objectives, methods, organizational forms and material didactic aids

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral exam
To get Credit: Students on the basis of observations on the present practice of the use of didactic categories (goals, methods, didactic material resources, organizational forms) in the facility. To get Colloquium: students create educational plan for the specific device. The plan for each type of activity not elaborate on the content and individual teaching category, as well as prevention and intervention in these activities. The student is required to work with the learning objects, which have been created for the concrete subject and are available for authorized students in LMS EDIS.
