Course content
|
Age characteristics of students and consideration of religious and spiritual development. Determination of the content of religious education with regard to the pupils and current teaching materials. Analyse selected parts or elements of textbooks, worksheets, methodologies and other aids currently in use for teaching religion at this level. To create didactic units on selected topics for teaching religion to children at the second level of primary school. To create a school curriculum for teaching religion to children of upper school age.

Theory and Practice of Teaching Religion at the Secondary level of elementary school introduces students to the creation of didactic units for teaching the subject of religion at the this level level of primary school, based on didactic categories (objectives, methods; principles, organizational forms of teaching religion and their results and evaluation, etc.) with an emphasis on the practical application of the acquired knowledge and skills. Within the framework of the exercises, learners will be guided to prepare specifically focused lessons.
Student getting acquainted with the teaching of religion at the 2nd level of primary schools.
