| Course content |
|
A social educator comes into contact with various social groups in the course of his profession. For this reason, it is important that he is equipped with the competencies necessary for functional communication. The seminars will focus on: - a theoretical introduction to the issues of communication and social communication, - components of communication and their use in practice, - crisis communication.

The aim of the course is: - to introduce students to the theoretical concepts of communication and its components, - to prepare students for the ethical use of communication in practice.
- The skills and ability to analyze communication behavior - The skills and the ability to regulate the communication behavior of a potential group of clients in terms of social pedagogy. |

The student is required to work with distance support in Moodle (where the requirements for fulfillment are updated, including current deadlines).
