Course content
To successfully complete the course, all assignments and written colloquium must be completed. The student is required to work with the learning objects, which have been created for the concrete subject and are available for authorized students in LMS EDIS.

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
Foreign languages, from which students can choose: English, German, Russian. The course is designed for students with a minimum level of A1.2, the emphasis is on mastering the basic grammar, predetermined conversational areas, including listening exercises, a significant expansion of vocabulary, including the basics of professional terminology. In case of interest, the course can be implemented for students with zero initial level, it is necessary to take into account a more intensive pace and the need for individual preparation. To fulfill the requirements: Students have to gain 10 credits. Students choose combinations of subjects and examination according to their language proficiency: Option A - pre-intermediate: KMS/KECJ1 (1 credits) + KMS/KECJ2 (1) + KMS/KECMP (3) + KMS/KECOT (3) + KMS/KECJA (2) Option B - intermediate: KMS/KECMP (3) + KMS/KECOT (3) + KMS/KECJB (4) Option C - perfect knowledge of the foreign language: KMS/KECJC (10)
After finishing the course students will have mastered the basic grammar, predetermined conversational areas, including listening exercises, a significant amount of new vocabulary, including the basics of professional terminology.

The course is designed for students with a minimum level of A1.2.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Analysis of linguistic, Written exam

Active participation during lessons, pass the test successfully (70%), work with predetermined texts - reading, analysis, translation.
